Please note that media registration for the Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention (STGCC), which will be held in Singapore on 20 & 21 August 2011, has closed. For media who would like to attend STGCC but has missed the registration date, kindly email Hsu Lin at hsulin@ninemer.com by 18 August, 5.00pm.
Alternatively, media can go to the Media Registration Counter outside Hall 401 on Level 4, Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre to register for the Media Pass. The counter will open from 9.00am on Saturday, 20 August 2011.
Kindly note that media registration is strictly reserved for media members – magazine/publication, newspapers/dailies, online, radio, television and wire services. All media registrations are subject to accreditation and approval of the organiser. Please refer to the Notes Section for more information.
Each Media Pass is valid for only one individual and is non-transferable. Media Passes includes access to all free events and conferences held at STGCC 2011. Please note it does not include admission for any ticketed Special Events and does not guarantee seating as well as interviews with STGCC 2011 guests.

Notes:
1. General
The accredited Media Pass is personal, non-transferable and revocable at any time at the organiser’s sole discretion. Unauthorised use and/or alteration with this accredited Media Pass may result in the removal of the accredited Media Pass and the possessor's and/or the holder's ejection from the premises. The holder also recognises that he/she must immediately report the theft, loss or unauthorised use of the accredited Media Pass.
This registration form does not constitute guaranteed complimentary admission to STGCC 2011. All registrations are subjected to accreditation by the organiser.
2. Online Media
The online publication/channel/blog is subjected to media accreditation. The online publication/channel/blog needs to supply supporting information on the publication/channel/blog (eg. circulation, readership, frequency, visits, page views etc) before it can be considered for media accreditation by the organiser.
3. Freelance Journalists and Photographers
Freelance journalists and photographers need to supply a valid assignment letter that is written on the publication's letterhead and signed by the editor or a senior member of the editorial staff.
This letter must include:
a) the name(s) of the representative(s) who will be covering the event(s);
b) the job title(s) of the representative(s) (journalist(s) and/or photographer(s));
c) information on the publication (such as circulation, readership, frequency, etc).
4. Independent Broadcast/Film Production Companies
Independent broadcast/film production companies need to provide proof from a broadcast organisation with information on where (channel) and when the programme will air.
5. Special Events
Please note that filming during Special Events is strictly not permitted unless a Special Media Pass is issued to the media camera crew.
