1) What do I do if I have not bought a ticket?

• Please proceed to Hot Toys Counter to purchase your ticket and collect a Hot Toys purchase coupon (only on level 3)

• No, I do not want to buy Hot Toys

• Please proceed to the Cash Counter to purchase your ticket

Tickets can also be bought from Action City retail outlets, Otaku House retail outlets and Haru House retail outlet.

2) What do I do if I already have a ticket?

• Yes, I want to buy Hot Toys

• Please proceed to Hot Toys counter to collect a Hot Toys purchase coupon (only on level 3)

• No, I do not want to buy Hot Toys

• Please proceed to the general queue lines

3) Where can I collect my free ticket won from contests organized with STGCC partners?

• Please proceed to the Hot Toys counter to collect your ticket and a Hot Toys purchase coupon (only on level 3)

• Please queue at the Promo/Contest counter to collect your ticket

4) What to do if I bought a general ticket (1-Day/2-Day) via the Internet?

• Please proceed to the Internet ticketing counter to collect your ticket.

5) What to do if I am a VIP ticket holder?

• Yes, I want to buy Hot Toys
• Please proceed to the VIP counter to collect your ticket and a Hot Toys purchase coupon (only on level 3)
• VIPs have priority of queue and can buy Hot Toys first
• Please note that this privilege is only extended to VIPs who collect their tickets before the official opening time of 10am sharp on Saturday, 20 August 2011. Afterwhich, Hot Toys will release un-allocated quantity back to the general queue.

6) I have 5 tickets on hand, can I buy Hot Toys on behalf for my friends?

No, limited to one Hot Toys purchase coupon per STGCC ticket holder, who needs to be present in person at the queue. Limited to 1 piece per design per coupon (3 designs in all)

7) I have collected my Hot Toys purchase coupon, where should I go to collect and make payment for the exclusives?

Please proceed to the Hot Toys booth (within the exhibition hall) to collect and make payment for the exclusives.
