What is STGCC?

The Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention (STGCC) combines the best of pop culture from East and West, uniting the worlds of comics, anime, manga, toys, collectibles, games and movies. STGCC showcase the heartbeat of what's new and cool in the gateway to Southeast Asia, put together in collaboration with ReedPOP – the makers of the New York Comic Con (NYCC), Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2), Star Wars Celebration and the New York Anime Festival!

How big is STGCC?

STGCC attracted over 28,000 fans in 2010, generating a total of 72,000 visits. There was a convergence of a multitude of pop culture's best with 97 exhibitors from 10 countries and was attended by 163 international media from 11 countries.

• Internet
  1-Day, 2-Day and VIP Tickets are available for sale online. Get your tickets and collect a free poster! Click here to find out more. 

• Retail Store
  1-Day and 2-Day Tickets will be available for sale at all Action City Singapore outlets from July 2011 onwards.

• At The Convention
  1-Day, 2-Day and Evening Tickets will be on sale at STGCC Ticketing Counters on Level 3 of Suntec Singapore.

Ticket Categories

• General Tickets
  1-Day and 2-Day tickets are available now for fans.  1-Day tickets are S$10, and 2-Day tickets are just S$18.  Both of these tickets will be sold on-site on Level 3 of Suntec Singapore; however, if you order online now, you receive a special online premium!  Tickets ordered on or before 14th July receive an exclusive Green Lantern STGCC poster.  Tickets ordered between 15th July and 12th August receive a second, different poster – to be revealed soon.  All online orders will receive a confirmation email which fans must bring to Level 3 of Suntec Singapore to claim their physical ticket.  You’ll receive your preorder poster when you get your physical ticket.

• Evening Tickets
  STGCC is for hardcore fans and casual fans.  Maybe just a bit into superhero movies or vinyl toys?  If you’re a casual fan and want to explore more, come to STGCC after 5pm.  On both days, it’s just $5 after 5pm!  Our Evening Tickets are only sold on-site at STGCC, and they’ll let you in between 5pm and 8pm.  Please be aware we’ll have most of our signings and special events in the afternoons – not evenings.  If you’re looking to dip your toe into the water, come after 5pm.  If you want to score autographs and exclusives, get a full day pass.

• Retail Tickets
  1-Day and 2-Day Tickets will be available for sale at all Action City Singapore outlets starting in July!

• VIP Tickets
  A 2-Day Ticket to STGCC will get you into 99% of the convention, but fans who want to be first, want the exclusives, and want it all will want to purchase a VIP Ticket. Limited to only 150 and priced at S$40, the STGCC Ticket is designed for diehards who want the most that STGCC has to offer. STGCC VIP Tickets are only available online, and once they sell out, they're gone. Click here for more details.

Who needs a ticket?

Children younger than 5 years old receive free admission for 20 and 21 August 2011. All fans 5 years old and above need a ticket to enter STGCC. On Sunday, 21 August 2011, children 12 and below enters for free when accompanied by an adult.

STGCC is proudly brought to you by Reed Exhibitions – the world's largest event organiser and in collaboration with the creators of New York Comic Con (NYCC). STGCC is another killer event by ReedPOP – the Pop Culture Group at Reed Exhibitions. Is photography allowed?

Photography, video recording and audio recording are welcomed at STGCC. Please note though that all photography and recording is prohibited during screenings and concerts. Also, please understand that exhibitors and guests may or may not allow photography and if indicated as such, please respect their wishes.

Will I be on camera?

Regional and local media will be covering STGCC. By attending STGCC, you are deemed to have given your consent to be photographed, interviewed or appear on camera. This may be your big chance for your 5 minutes of fame.

How do I get autographs from the STGCC guests?

STGCC guests will be signing autographs for fans at the Walk of Fame. See Autograph for the Walk of Fame schedule. STGCC guests will sign officially licensed comics, collectibles, toys and DVDs. Please note that there are limitations to the number of collectibles signed as well as number of autographs by each guests. More information will be released by July 2011.
